Gordon Conference Time! Fertilization and Activation of Development

The end of July meant time to head up to Holderness, New Hampshire to attend the 2019 Fertilization and Activation of Development Gordon Research Conference. For this trip, Anna and Benedict made the journey up North. Thankfully, Benedict’s travels were uneventful and he made it to the conference on time. However, Anna hit major travel snafus and ended up arriving a day late after spending an unplanned evening in Boston.

Both Benedict and Anna presented posters at the meeting. Benedict on his recent results with the ETR-1 story and Anna on the proteasome story that is work from Michelle in the lab. This was Benedict’s first ever conference and first presentation, and he rocked it! Looking forward to many more exciting conferences with amazing research presentations in his future.
