Kristina is a undergraduate at Howard University who is majoring in Biology. She is a member of the Honors program at Howard, and has joined the Allen lab to complete her honors thesis. Kristina’s project is to learn more about the location requirements of the protein WEE-1.3 in order to ensure that oocyte maturation occurs properly and a functional oocyte results.
